LegacyFlow AI provides AI consulting, automation design, and implementation services for small to
medium sized businesses. Our services include but are not limited to:

Workflow automation consulting
AI-driven content generation solutions
Business process optimization
As a client, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
Respond to communications in a timely manner
Make payments according to agreed-upon terms
Use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from
LegacyFlow AI related to appointments, service updates, responses to inquiries, and promotional
messages if you opted in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a
condition of purchase. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP. We do not sell
or share your mobile number for marketing. We may share information only with our
SMS/communications providers to deliver messages or as required by law.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in deliverables created specifically for
you will transfer to you upon full payment. We retain the right to use general knowledge, skills, and
experience gained during the engagement.
We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent,
except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LegacyFlow AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,
special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services.
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in individual service agreements. Upon
termination, you remain responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes
constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
